Viva and MTV are hardly very intellectual, and I have difficulties to believe these two channels are shaping the young German generation right now… I’ve already got fave songs enough, and embarrasing ones, too: I find myself humming “Toxic” by Britney Spears *cough*. I can only explain this strange preference with I like it even though it’s Brit and not because ;p. Other “Ohrwurms” include The Crash with “Star”, Blink 182 with “I miss you” (and no, I don’t get the video either) and No Doubt with “Bathwater”. However, I could really without all these dating shows and jackass clones because they are just. not. funny. Who said anyone’s interested in how embarrassing people behave when they are on a date?
